Randy displayed the patience of Job. We watched the market for over a year, asked lots of questions, sent tons of emails, changed our parameters, and looked at a number of houses. We ended up choosing a house that was situated 75 minutes from his office, and he was gracious enough to go whenever we requested him. Since we live out of the country, we relied on him heavily to help us with not only the paperwork, but some physical details as well. He always put our needs and desires first, gave us advise that was best for our situation, and was professional but personal. We would research information, while also asking him questions, and each time, our information matched his. He is a man of integrity who can be counted on to see you through this process, and does so with personality and humor. He was amazingly accessible to us which gave peace of mind knowing our comments, questions and queries were not lost in cyberspace. We would, and hopefully will, use Randy's services again.
